Industrial estate
The area of S Industrial Estate Angthong Project is 1,790 rai, located along
the Asian Highway KM 63, Chaiyaphum sub-district, Chaiyo district, Angthong
province. It is convenient for transportation of goods to distribution centers, ports, railway stations
as well as airports and neighboring provinces. It also provides adequate, stable, and
environmentally-friendly basic public utility system structures, especially 3 co-generation power plants
with a total capacity of
400 megawatts, and a 22-kV power supply system
that can accommodate entrepreneurs with high power demand and high stability. It also provides other
public utilities, such as water supply, natural gas, and alternative energy,
including telecommunications network system, 5G system, and high-speed
Internet, across all project areas to fully support the industrial production base for customers.
Commercial and Retail area
In addition to the area for industrial development, S Industrial Estate Angthong has also developed retail area equipped with facilities for entrepreneurs, employees, and the general public to obtain the highest benefits from our spaces.

INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM
Infrastructure System
We have developed projects in several areas in order to accelerate the construction of infrastructures to meet the industrial demand.
Power Transmission Station
With the 22-kV power supply system, the power transmission station can accommodate entrepreneurs seeking to use the large amount of electricity with high power security.
Road
It is the 35-meter-wide main road with reinforced concrete surface and 3-meter traffic island along with bicycle lanes on both sides of the road and route lighting, plus emergency parking spots every 500 meters on the secondary road, which are in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Highways and the traffic safety regulations for the safety of all road users.
Drainage System and Flood Protection System
It is designed appropriately in accordance with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT)’s drainage requirements and guidelines and the findings on hydrology and climate change, with 10.5-meter-high flood barriers around the Industrial Estate and proper drainage system, in order to effectively prevent flooding.
Wastewater Treatment System
It can support and manage wastewater of 6,610.9 m³/day with 2 large wastewater ponds, a total area of over 13,000 cubic meters, and proper sewage management system in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Industry.
Telecommunications Network System
5G system and high-speed internet available across all project areas
Fire Extinguishing System
The Industrial Estate provides 6,000-liter fire engine in the area with a fire extinguishing system in all areas around the industrial estate, and coordinates with the fire station of Chaiyo District to prepare the drills and ensure the safety of the Project.
Public Utility System
Public utilities are the major factor in the production process and livelihood of employees in the industrial estate. Therefore, the Project is committed to and focuses on preparing and creating security of public utilities in the entire system in order to adequately accommodate the needs of the production process, including:
Electricity
There are 3 co-generation power plants with a total power capacity of 403 megawatts with backup system that can support all electricity needs and create electricity security for the Industrial Estate.
Steam
It is clean energy derived from the electricity production process and can support the demand for steam-based thermal energy consumption efficiently and sufficiently.
Water Supply
The Industrial Estate provides an ultra-filtration water treatment process with a capacity
of 9,800 cubic meters per day and a water system across the entire Project and a
reservoir with a capacity of
6.12 million cubic meters per year,
which can support the needs of all customers in all industries, including the food and beverage
industry.
Natural Gas
The Industrial Estate has prepared substations for managing and distributing natural gas to members who want to use such energy.

The Industrial Estate has gathered and provided a wide range of facilities, such as the Food Research and Development Center for SMEs (R&D center) for facilitating SMEs to develop more industrial products, IEAT’s One Stop Service center for facilitating the complete communication and implementation of government documents. In addition, there is also a commercial area for employees and the general public for complete utilization, such as retail stores, gas stations, goods center, and many more, on an area of over 34 rai.
